What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
RushBlush Agency is a mobile hair, makeup, and grooming agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We operate as a registered Nevada DBA and hold a Nevada business licence and business insurance. Every artist we work with is individually licensed or registered with the State of Nevada for the services they perform, and carries their own insurance. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
You can reach us at info@rushblushagency.com or (702) 900-3299.
We collect only what we need to book and deliver your services.
We do not knowingly collect information from children. Where a minor is receiving services as part of a booking, we deal only with the adult who made it.
We use your information to:
We do not sell your personal information. We don't rent or trade it either.
We never store your card details. Deposits and full-payment card transactions are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, who process and secure that information under their own privacy terms. We keep only a record of the amount, the date, and the booking it relates to.
Zelle and Venmo payments for remaining balances go to the RushBlush Agency business account and are governed by those providers' own terms. Cash is handled outside any system.
Your information is shared only where it's needed to deliver your booking:
Everyone working on our behalf is expected to keep your information confidential and use it only for your booking.
Our artists often photograph completed looks for our portfolio and social media. We ask before we photograph you, and you can always say no. Declining has no effect on your service.
If you'd rather a photograph already published be taken down, email us and we'll remove it from anything we control. We can't always remove copies others have already shared.
Photographs taken on productions, at conventions, or at corporate events may be subject to that client's own agreements and restrictions.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how it is being used. We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to see which pages people visit and how they found us. That information is aggregated and tells us about traffic patterns rather than about you personally.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and the site will still work if you do.
We do not use this information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and insurance purposes, and then we delete them. Contact details are kept while you're an active or returning client. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we're legally required to keep certain records.
You can ask us to:
Nevada residents. Under Nevada law you have the right to tell us not to sell your covered personal information. We don't sell it, but you can submit a verified request to info@rushblushagency.com and we'll confirm.
If you live somewhere with additional privacy rights, tell us and we'll honour them where they apply.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can see it and using reputable third-party providers for payment and scheduling. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we'll tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
We'll update this page if our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
