I.

Who we are

RushBlush Agency is a mobile hair, makeup, and grooming agency based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We operate as a registered Nevada DBA and hold a Nevada business licence and business insurance. Every artist we work with is individually licensed or registered with the State of Nevada for the services they perform, and carries their own insurance. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

You can reach us at info@rushblushagency.com or (702) 900-3299.

II.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to book and deliver your services.

  • Contact details. your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Booking details. your event date, start and finish times, the address where services will happen, the number of people receiving services, and which services and tiers each person has chosen.
  • Service notes. preferences, allergies, and sensitivities you choose to tell us, so your artist can work safely.
  • Payment records. what you paid and when. We do not collect or store your card number.
  • Messages. anything you send us by email, text, the inquiry form, or social media.
  • Website usage. basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, where analytics are in use.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. Where a minor is receiving services as part of a booking, we deal only with the adult who made it.

III.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Confirm your booking and hold your date
  • Assign artists and plan the timeline for your event
  • Tell your artist what they need to know to work safely and get your look right
  • Take payment and keep our own accounting records
  • Answer your questions and stay in touch about your booking
  • Meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We don't rent or trade it either.

IV.

Payment information

We never store your card details. Deposits and full-payment card transactions are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, who process and secure that information under their own privacy terms. We keep only a record of the amount, the date, and the booking it relates to.

Zelle and Venmo payments for remaining balances go to the RushBlush Agency business account and are governed by those providers' own terms. Cash is handled outside any system.

V.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only where it's needed to deliver your booking:

  • Your artists. the artist or artists assigned to your booking receive your name, location, timing, services, and any preferences or sensitivities you've shared.
  • Service providers. payment processing, scheduling, email, and similar tools we use to run the business.
  • Legal requirements. where we're required by law, or where it's necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Everyone working on our behalf is expected to keep your information confidential and use it only for your booking.

VI.

Photographs and social media

Our artists often photograph completed looks for our portfolio and social media. We ask before we photograph you, and you can always say no. Declining has no effect on your service.

If you'd rather a photograph already published be taken down, email us and we'll remove it from anything we control. We can't always remove copies others have already shared.

Photographs taken on productions, at conventions, or at corporate events may be subject to that client's own agreements and restrictions.

VII.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how it is being used. We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to see which pages people visit and how they found us. That information is aggregated and tells us about traffic patterns rather than about you personally.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings, and the site will still work if you do.

We do not use this information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

VIII.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, and insurance purposes, and then we delete them. Contact details are kept while you're an active or returning client. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we're legally required to keep certain records.

IX.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your information, subject to records we must legally keep
  • Stop sending you marketing messages, at any time

If you live somewhere with additional privacy rights, tell us and we'll honour them where they apply.

X.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can see it and using reputable third-party providers for payment and scheduling. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we'll tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.
