No. Membership is for one person only and isn't transferable between people. For example, you can't use one membership to book hair styling for yourself one week, makeup for a friend the next, and grooming for a partner after that. Each person who wants membership pricing needs their own membership.
They roll over and stay available for 30 days from the month they were issued. Anything still unused after that expires.
Yes. Apply an included service toward an Elite booking and pay the menu difference. Royal-tier services sit outside membership entirely, since those are reserved lead-artist bookings.
That's the intention. Members are matched with a dedicated artist who stays with you. If you don't click, tell us and we'll reassign you until you're happy.
Membership bills monthly on the same date. Cancel any time before your next payment is taken and you won't be charged again. The current month isn't refunded, and any rolled-over services stay usable until the end of the period you've paid for.
Yes. Standard bookings carry a per-artist travel fee that varies by day. Member bookings carry none, anywhere in the valley.
A $75 per-service peak-date rate applies on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and F1 week. Members get one peak date a year with that rate waived, plus priority when those dates open.
Those are quoted separately, since they involve trials, timelines, and multiple artists. Mention your membership when you inquire and we'll factor it in.
