A 30% deposit secures your date and time, and it's non-refundable. The deposit is paid by card, right on the site when you book. The remaining balance is due to the Agency two weeks before the wedding, and can be paid by card, Zelle, or Venmo.
The remaining 70% is paid to the Agency and is due two weeks before your wedding date. That timing lines up with when most caterers and venues finalise headcounts, so your balance reflects your real bridal party rather than an early estimate.
If you cancel before the two-week balance date, you forfeit the deposit only and nothing further is owed. If you cancel after the balance has been paid, that amount is retained. Needing to move a date rather than cancel is handled case by case, so reach out as early as you can.
Trials are optional. They're worth it if you want to test a look in advance or you're nervous about the morning, and plenty of brides skip them happily. They're available for hair, makeup, or both together.
Yes. Mix Signature, Elite, and Royal across your party however you like. We staff for the total and your artist assignments are made by hand.
Tell us your final headcount ahead of time so we can staff properly. A service added on the wedding day is charged at its menu rate plus $50, so Signature makeup becomes $175 and Elite hair becomes $215. If the addition needs an extra artist, a travel fee applies for that artist too, and depending on your timeline it can't always be accommodated.
For weddings, a $75 per-service peak-date rate applies on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. If you pick one of those dates while booking, the rate is shown to you before you commit to anything.
