Every booking comes down to four things. If you have them ready, we can usually come back with an accurate quote on the first reply instead of trading messages for a week.

For weddings and large groups, as early as you can, since peak dates fill first. For individual bookings, a week or two is comfortable, but last minute is genuinely fine.
You can book online up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If you need something same day, call or text us and we'll get you scheduled.
A 30% deposit secures your date and time, and it's non-refundable. The deposit is paid by card, right on the site when you book. The remaining balance can be paid by card, Zelle, or Venmo, directly to your artist on the day for everyday bookings, or to the Agency two weeks before for bridal.
Yes. A $75 per-service peak-date rate applies on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and F1 week. If you pick one of those dates while booking, the rate is shown to you before you commit to anything. Members get one peak date a year with the rate waived.
