Booking & scheduling

Everything starts with a date and a window. Tell us when you need to be ready and we build backwards from there.

How to book
Book online through the booking form, or call or text us and we'll set it up for you.
How late you can book
Online booking is open until 24 hours before your appointment time. For anything same day, call or text and we'll get you scheduled if we can staff it.
Holding a date
A 30% deposit secures your date and time. Until it's paid, the slot stays available to anyone else who asks for it.
Changing a date
Reach out as early as you can. Date changes are handled case by case and we'll always try to move you rather than lose you.
Agreeing to these terms
Paying your deposit confirms that you've read and accepted the policies on this page. They form the terms of your booking.
Halloween & character work
Not bookable from the standard menu. Send an inquiry describing the look and we'll quote it properly, since time and materials vary enormously.
II.

Deposits & payment

A deposit holds the date. How the rest is paid depends on what kind of booking it is.

Deposit
30% of your services, non-refundable, due at booking. Paid by card, right on the site when you book.
Individual bookings
The remaining 70% is paid directly to your artist on the day, by card, Zelle, or Venmo. No card is kept on file.
Bridal bookings
The remaining 70% is paid to the Agency and is due two weeks before the wedding date, by card, Zelle, or Venmo. That timing matches when most caterers and venues finalise headcounts, so your balance reflects your real bridal party rather than an early estimate.
Groups of five or fewer
Each artist on-site collects for the services they personally performed. If you'd rather settle in one transaction, you can pay through any one artist or through the Agency directly.
Groups of six or more
The full balance is due 48 hours before your appointment time, paid to the Agency by card, Zelle, or Venmo.
We never keep a card on file
Not for individuals, not for bridal, not for groups. Balances are collected on the schedule above, and anything added on the day is paid for at the moment you ask for it.
Paying in full
Available at booking for anyone who prefers it, on any booking type. Paid by card, right on the site, the same as the deposit.
Gratuity
20% is automatically applied for parties of ten or more. For smaller bookings it's appreciated but entirely optional.
Group sizes, defined
Six or more is a group: the balance is prepaid 48 hours ahead. Ten or more is a large group: automatic gratuity applies on top.
III.

Cancellations & no-shows

Deposits are non-refundable in every case. What happens beyond that depends on how much has been collected.

Individual bookings
Cancel or no-show at any point and the deposit is forfeited. Nothing further is charged.
Bridal, before the balance is due
Cancel before the two-week balance date and you forfeit the deposit only. Nothing further is owed.
Bridal, after the balance is paid
The amount paid is retained and is not refunded.
Groups of five or fewer
Same as individual bookings. Cancel or no-show and only the deposit is lost.
Groups of six or more
Because the balance is prepaid 48 hours ahead, a sliding scale applies. Cancel more than 48 hours before: you forfeit the deposit only, and nothing further is collected.Cancel inside 48 hours, with notice: deposit plus 50% of the balance. No-show without notice: deposit plus 100% of the balance.

Travel & artist staffing

Every service is mobile. Travel is charged per artist sent out, not per appointment, and the number of artists is set by your timeline.

Travel rate
$20 per artist Monday through Thursday. $25 per artist Friday through Sunday.
How it's charged
Per artist dispatched, regardless of how long that artist is on-site. If your booking needs three artists, travel is charged three times.
Members
Membership includes travel at no additional cost, anywhere in the valley.
How many artists you need
Total service hours divided by the length of your getting-ready window, rounded up. Signature and Elite services run about an hour each; Royal services run about two.
Worked example
Six Signature services in a 1pm to 4pm window needs two artists. The same six services in a 1pm to 3pm window needs three.
Artist assignment
Made by hand, never automated. We match artist to look, timeline, and person. If the fit isn't right, tell us and we'll reassign you.
V.

Add-ons & extras

Available on any booking. Add them when you book or ask your artist on the day, subject to time.

Standard add-ons
Blowout +$50 · Airbrush makeup upgrade +$50 · Clip-in extension application +$25 · Express tan upgrade +$40
Bridal add-ons
Everything above, plus extended day touch-up up to four hours +$250 and a second look or style change +$200.
Touch-up kits
Included in every bridal tier at no additional cost.
Day-of additions, bridal
An unplanned service added on the wedding day is charged at the menu rate for the tier chosen plus $50. Signature makeup becomes $175, Elite hair becomes $215, and so on.If the addition needs an extra artist, a travel fee applies for that artist too, and depending on your timeline it can't always be accommodated. Confirm your final headcount ahead of time and none of this applies.
VI.

Peak dates

A small number of dates carry a surcharge, because demand on them is extraordinary and artist availability is scarce.

Peak-date rate
$75 per service, on top of the menu price.
Which dates
Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and F1 week.
Bridal
For weddings, the peak-date rate applies on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day only. F1 week doesn't carry it for bridal bookings.
How you'll know
Selecting one of these dates during booking shows the rate before you commit to anything. It is never applied silently.
Members
One peak date a year with the rate waived, plus priority access when those dates open.
VII.

Membership

Two tiers, billed monthly. Full details live on the membership page.

Rates
Signature $375/month · Elite $475/month. Founding members lock $345 and $445 for as long as they stay subscribed.
What's included
Three services a month at your tier, no travel fees, priority access to peak dates, and member perks.
Rollover
Unused services roll over and stay available for 60 days from the month they were issued. After that they expire.
Cancelling
Cancel any time before your next payment is taken and you won't be charged again. The current month isn't refunded, and rolled-over services stay usable until the end of the period you've paid for.
Upgrading a service
A Signature member can apply an included service toward an Elite booking and pay the menu difference. Royal-tier services sit outside membership entirely.
Bridal & groups
Quoted separately. Mention your membership when you inquire and we'll factor it in.
VIII.

Production & corporate

Film, television, commercial, convention, and corporate work is quoted per job rather than from the standard menu, since rates and paperwork vary by production.

Convention & corporate
Quoted per event, based on team size, number of days, and daily call times.
Travel beyond Las Vegas
We travel nationwide for production and destination bookings. Travel and accommodation outside the market are quoted separately.
Something not covered here? These are our standing policies. Your signed client or bridal agreement is the governing document for your specific booking, and if anything differs, that agreement takes precedence. Get in touch and we'll walk you through anything unclear.
